  1. Turn on the grill to preheat.

  3. Peel the corn of leaves and stigmas. Grease the ears with vegetable oil, sprinkle with a mixture of spices.
  4. Grease the grill rack with oil, put the corncobs on it, cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
