Ingredients

  • 150 g rice
  • 100 g bacon, streaky
  • 2 onions)
  • 500 g liver (s), from pork
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 3 thick pickled cucumber (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • some parsley, fresh

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice as directed.
  2. While the rice is cooking, cut the bacon and peeled onions into cubes, liver, tomato peppers and cucumber into strips.
  3. Fry the bacon and onions with the oil in a pan until golden. Turn the liver in flour and season with a little salt and pepper to taste. Fry for about 5 minutes. Add the paprika powder.
  4. Add the rice, tomato peppers and cucumber and mix well. Let the butter melt in it. Garnish with parsley.
