Instructions

  1. About 500 g of washed, cleaned and cut mushrooms are steamed in butter and poured with meat or vegetable broth. You salt and pepper the whole thing and let it boil. Now 2-3 egg yolks are whisked with approx. 200 ml of condensed milk and a little lemon juice and mixed with the soup. Then it is thickened a little with cornstarch and seasoned again.
