  • 4 sausages, coarse (e.g. Palatinate, Thuringian, farmer`s sausages)
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Curry powder

Instructions

  1. Let the sausages simmer in hot water for 10 minutes. Dry off and rub mustard all around. Then bake crispy in a little hot oil in a pan. They then taste much heartier. It gets even more spicy if you sprinkle some curry powder on the fried sausages.
