Ingredients

  • 120 g pasta, dry
  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s) (10g each)
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Paprika powder, hot pink

Instructions

  1. The noodles are cooked al dente in salted water.
  2. Cut the chicken fillets in strips, the zucchini and carrots in thin slices and the onions in small cubes.
  3. Fry the meat with the onion cubes in the heated oil.
  4. Conn. Add the remaining vegetables and cook everything together for approx. 8 minutes.
  5. Fold in the pasta, fry, season with salt, paprika and chili powder and serve.
  6. A little hint:
  7. Can also be eaten cold as a pasta salad in summer.
