- 65 g oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon germ oil
- 0.5 liter ½ water
- 2 teaspoon beef broth, instant
- 100 g soup reens (frozen)
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- 75 g cooked ham
- Herb (s) (spring herbs) for sprinkling

- Sweat the oatmeal in germ oil. Pour 1/2 liter of water and add beef broth. Add finely diced soup greens and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Add the milk and bring to the boil. Finely dice the ham, add to the soup and season with herbs.
