- 250 g ribbon noodles
- 200 g cooked ham, diced
- 250 ml beef broth (soup)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 100 g cheese, rated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 125 ml whipped cream

- Do not cook the pasta too soft. Thicken the beef soup with flour and cook for 5 minutes, then add the cheese, lemon juice and whipped cream and simmer briefly until the cheese has melted.
