Ingredients

  • 400 g scampi, peeled
  • 6 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
  • 1 small shallot (s), finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • some salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 3 tablespoon sherry, drier
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill, chopped fresh

Instructions

  1. Wash the scampi and pat dry. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, sauté the garlic and shallot in it. Add the scampi and let it simmer. Season a little with salt, pepper and lemon juice, drizzle with the sherry and add the dill, mix everything again and serve.
