Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, half and half
  • 200 g sheep cheese (alternatively feta cheese)
  • 1 roll, old (or breadcrumbs)
  • 50 g hot peppers, fresh
  • 100 g red pepper (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak the old roll in water and squeeze it out.
  2. Mix the bread roll with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the sheep`s cheese and peppers into small cubes. Cut the peppers into small rings. Shape the minced meat into meatballs and fill with sheep cheese, peppers and paprika.
  3. Fry the rolled meatballs on both sides for approx. 5 minutes.
  4. Then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Rosemary potatoes go well with this
