Ingredients
- 3 fig (s), dried
- 100 g cream cheese, natural
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot, or Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry powder
- a bit salt
- some pepper, freshly ground

- Cut the dried figs into fine cubes, stir in the cream cheese and sour cream. Chop briefly with the blender so that you don`t have any pieces of fig in the spread. Add honey, mango chutney and mustard and stir well. Season to taste with a little curry powder, salt and pepper and chill for at least an hour.
- The spread tastes particularly good on a crispy baguette and is great on a cold snack plate!
