Spicy Stuffed Eggs Ingredients

  • Chicken eggs – 12 pcs.
  • Mustard – 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice or vegetable pickle – 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Ground paprika – to taste
  • Green onions – for serving

Spicy Stuffed Eggs Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until tender, for about 7-10 minutes.
  2.  Dip boiled eggs in cold water to cool down faster.
  3.  Peel chilled eggs. Cut into halves, carefully remove the yolk from the halves. Put the yolks in a bowl, mash with a fork. Add salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice or brine, mix well.
  4. Stuff halves of whites with spiced yolk sprinkle the stuffed eggs with paprika and chopped green onions.
