- 2 pear (s)
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 1 bulb / n garlic, Chinese
- 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika, hot pink
- Aromat
- 1 pinch (s) white pepper
- some olive oil, cold pressed
- Balsamic, darker

- Cut the tomatoes and pears with the skin into cubes. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Put everything in a bowl and season with flavoring, pepper and paprika powder. Mix the salad well, set it aside and cover it for about an hour.
- After the salad has settled in, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar as desired. Mix everything again and chill overnight. Tastes very good with briefly roasted beef or lamb.
