Instructions

  1. Briefly fry the onion in a little hot oil. Then add the garlic and the minced meat and fry for about 5 minutes. Now add the zucchini, salt and a little broth and pour about 150-200 ml of water. Simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid closed so that the zucchini is still firm to the bite. Season to taste with the remaining spices and add the cream substitute.
  2. There is also boiled potatoes.
  3. Tip: I still thicken a little with cornstarch because I like it creamy.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
