- 1 kg zucchini
- 750 ml broth, 100 g brunch
- possibly salt
- possibly parsley

- Clean and chop the zucchini and add the stock. Soft boil and chop up with the hand blender. Then add brunch and mix again. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with herbs if necessary.
