Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Thaw spinach (not creamed spinach) and drain. Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until they are completely warm. Serve as a starter or side dish.
  2. The balls can be frozen and then placed on the baking sheet while frozen. Thaw for 20 minutes before baking.
