Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 250 g spinach leaves
  • 50 ml water
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 8 cannelloni, without pre-cooking
  • 400 g tomato (s), sieved
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • some cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion, crush the garlic clove.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the spinach, pour in the water and steam for approx. 2 minutes.
  3. Crumble the feta into small pieces and fold into the spinach. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Mix the tomatoes with the balsamic vinegar and oregano and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the cannelloni and sprinkle with cheese (amount to taste - I always use a lot).
  6. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes.
