Spinach, Kiwi and Banana Smoothie

For a serving of vitamins and minerals in the morning, make a smoothie using spinach, kiwi, and banana. The drink is not only healthy, but also very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Banana – 1 Piece
  • Kiwi – 3 Pieces
  • Spinach – 0.5 Bunch
  • Mineral water – 200 Milliliters (without gas)

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Rinse each spinach leaf in water, cut off the stems and cut into ribbons. Place in a blender bowl or jug.
  3. Peel the banana, cut into washers and add to the spinach.
  4. Peel the kiwi, rinse and cut into slices. Add to the container with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. The recipe uses 3 small fruits, which you can replace with 1 large one.
  6. Pour in mineral water without gas or filtered, if you wish, you can replace it with kefir of any fat content, fermented baked milk or milk, but remember that milk drinks can curdle due to fruit acid, so you will need to drink the smoothie immediately after preparation. At this point, you can add honey, sugar, or another sweetener if the sweetness of the banana isn’t enough for you.
  7. Grind the contents of the bowl until smooth, puréeing all the fruit pieces.
  8. Fill a tall glass or cocktail jar with the prepared beverage, top with wide-hole straws, and serve immediately until the smoothie has flaked.
