Pasta – 200 Grams
Spinach – 200 Grams
Cream – 150 Milliliters
Champignons – 120 Grams
Onion – 1 Piece
Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
Sunflower oil – 20 Milliliters

Directions
Prepare the ingredients for the spinach and cream pasta.
Peel one small onion, wash and chop finely. Place in a skillet. Add chopped garlic.
Peel the champignons, wash and chop. Add to the skillet with the onions and garlic. Pour in sunflower oil and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring.
Add spinach. If you have it ice cream, then defrost it beforehand.
Pour the cream into a skillet with onions, garlic, spinach and mushrooms. Season with salt and ground nutmeg to taste.
Simmer spinach with mushrooms, onions, garlic and cream for 3-4 minutes and turn off.
Cook the pasta. To do this, boil water, salt and put the paste in a saucepan. There should be a lot of water. Stir to prevent the paste from sticking to the bottom. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Follow the instructions on the package. The main thing is not to digest. Throw the finished pasta in a colander and put in a saucepan.
Place the pasta on a plate with the spinach, mushroom and cream sauce. Serve hot.
