Ingredients
- 500 g spinach leaves
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons turmeric (turmeric)
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 450 g yourt (whole milk)
- 50 g sour cream
- salt
- Pepper, whiter

- Clean the spinach, wash thoroughly and drain. Peel and finely dice the onion.
- Cut the spinach leaves into 1cm wide strips.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion in it. Add turmeric and sauté for 1/2 minute. Add the spinach, fill up with 100ml water and cook for about 5 minutes until the spinach is soft. Pour into a colander to drain and allow to cool.
- Peel and squeeze the garlic. Mix with yogurt and sour cream. Fold the spinach into the yogurt, season with salt and pepper.
