Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach leaves
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric (turmeric)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 450 g yourt (whole milk)
  • 50 g sour cream
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter

Instructions

  1. Clean the spinach, wash thoroughly and drain. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  2. Cut the spinach leaves into 1cm wide strips.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion in it. Add turmeric and sauté for 1/2 minute. Add the spinach, fill up with 100ml water and cook for about 5 minutes until the spinach is soft. Pour into a colander to drain and allow to cool.
  4. Peel and squeeze the garlic. Mix with yogurt and sour cream. Fold the spinach into the yogurt, season with salt and pepper.
