Ingredients

  • 250 g tortellini
  • 1 spinach (frozen)
  • 1 sweet cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cube broth
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions, quench and drain on a sieve. Bring the spinach to the boil, add the cream and processed cheese and cook for another 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and stock cube. Stir the tortellini into the spinach sauce and serve hot. Garlic can be added if necessary.
