Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
  2. Dough:
  3. Mix the dry ingredients. Add oil and water and mix everything well. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and distribute well.
  4. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Take out and let cool for about 30 minutes.
  5. Decoration:
  6. In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate and use a spoon to spread it over the brownies. You can vary the amount, depending on how chocolatey the brownies should be. Leave 20 g of dark chocolate to decorate the chocolate kisses. When the chocolate is still slightly warm and runny, spread the chocolate kisses on the brownies and let them cool.
  7. Then melt the 20 g dark chocolate and separately 20 g white chocolate and decorate the chocolate kisses with a toothpick or similar.
  8. Tip: If you want it to be a little more elaborate, you can also spread a ganache over the brownies instead of the dark chocolate.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
