Ingredients

  • Sprats - 1 jar (190-200 g)
  • Soft butter - 150 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Cognac - 1 tbsp
  • Thick cream - 50 g
  • Dill greens - 1 bunch (30 g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black or white pepper - to taste

Instructions

  1. We send sprats to the blender, after draining the oil from them. Add butter, cut into pieces, lemon juice, cognac, a little salt, if the oil is unsalted, pepper. We mix everything into a homogeneous mass.
  2. Add finely chopped dill and whipped cream. Chill the cream well before whipping. Mix well by hand. Put the sprat pate in a mold and cool it in the refrigerator.
