Sandwiches are a great instant snack. A great option for a hearty breakfast or light lunch snack. The main highlight of these sandwiches is the sprats. The rest of the sandwich products go well with each other.
Ingredients
Sliced loaf – 5 pieces
Sprats – 100 g
Selected egg – 1 pc.
Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
Cheese – 80 g
Butter – 20 g
Fresh dill – 1 sprig
Directions
Spread the pieces of the loaf on one side with a not thick layer of butter.
Grind hard cheese on a fine grater.
Put the pieces of the loaf in a hot frying pan, with the oily side down, and on the top side put the slides of grated cheese.
Fry over low heat until the cheese is completely melted and a pleasant golden crust forms on the other side. Transfer to a clean plate and let cool slightly.
Boil the egg, remove the shell, cut into thin slices, as far as possible.
Dab the pickled cucumber with a napkin, remove the excess brine, cut into thin slices using a special peeler (or finely chop with a knife).
You can start decorating sandwiches. Put one sprat in the middle of each piece of bread, after soaking the excess oil.
Next, place the egg circles and cucumber slices.
Rinse a sprig of dill, dry it, chop finely and sprinkle each sandwich.
