  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 400 g yourt
  • 600 g sour cream, or sour cream with 10% fat or less
  • 5 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Knead 250 g flour, margarine, 4 egg yolks, 100 g sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar into a smooth dough and divide into 2 parts.
  3. Cream:
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix the yogurt, sour cream, flour and sugar and add to the egg white.
  5. Spread half of the dough in a greased form (20 x 30 cm). Put the cream on the bottom. Grate the remaining dough onto the cream with a grater.
  6. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C fan-assisted. Let cool down well.
  7. Tastes best the next day.
