Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled egg (s)
  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 100 g cucumber (s)
  • 40 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the eggs. Wash and slice the radishes. Dice the cucumber, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt, chives, mustard, lemon juice and salt, season to taste and pour over the salad ingredients. Let the lettuce soak through until ready to eat.
