Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 250 g cream cheese
- 6 spring onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- Chilli pepper (s), finely ground

- Mix the butter at room temperature with the cream cheese. Also works with the electric whisk.
- Wash the spring onions, remove any wilted parts, cut into very thin rings with a sharp knife, mix with the butter and cream cheese mixture, season with salt and pepper and a touch of chili powder.
- Tastes great on bread but also with jacket potatoes.
