- 1 packet puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 60 g bacon cubes
- 125 g cooked ham
- 100 ml sour cream
- 6 egg (s)
- pepper
- nutmeg

- Wash the spring onions and cut into 2 cm wide rings. Dice the boiled ham.
- Fry the bacon cubes over medium heat. As soon as the fat comes out, mix in the spring onions and ham and fry briefly.
- Whisk the cream and eggs together and season with pepper and nutmeg.
- Line the form with the puff pastry, fill in the leek mixture and pour the egg cream over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Circulating air is not suitable.
