• 1 liter vegetable broth or chicken broth
• 125 g noodles (soup noodles, asterisks)
• 1 egg (s)
• possibly carrot (s), diced into small pieces

Instructions

1. Put the vegetable stock in a saucepan, bring to the boil, add the starch noodles and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
2. Beat the egg in a small bowl and whisk. Remove the pan from the heat, slowly add the egg and stir with the whisk at the same time.
3. To spice it up, you can also add very small diced carrots to the broth and cook for 5 minutes (before adding the noodles).
