Ingredients

  • 300 ml tomato (s), passed
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ curry
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet or hot pink
  • 5 juniper berries, crushed, possibly
  • 1 small onion (s), chopped
  • 3 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon spice mixture (lamb seasoning), possibly
  • possibly chilli pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and mix with a whisk or hand blender. Season with salt and pepper and serve cold or warm. Can be refined with chillies depending on your taste.
