Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk or water (slightly warmed up)
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g yeast
  • a bit salt
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth dough from the flour, salt, butter, yeast and the heated liquid and let rise for about 45 minutes. Then divide the dough into 8-9 steamed noodles and let rise for another 30 minutes. Put some oil in a pan with a heavy lid (glass if possible) and use it to roast the onion. Deglaze with 1/4 l water, salt and the bay leaf. Put steamed noodles in the boiling water. Cook with the lid closed on low heat for 30 minutes.
