Instructions

  1. Mix the dough ingredients into a medium-firm yeast dough in the food processor and, depending on the size of the steamed noodles you want, cut the dough with a spoon and enclose a praline with it. Lightly oil the perforated container and layer the pasta loosely next to each other. The amount is enough for two containers (8 small or 4 large noodles per container).
  2. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise well in the container at room temperature, and then cook in the steamer at 100 ° C 100% moisture for 15-20 minutes (depending on size).
