Chicken drumsticks (legs) – 2 pcs.
Potatoes – 5 pcs.
Bulb onions, large – 1 pc.
Large carrots – 1 pc.
Sunflower oil – 2 tablespoon. l
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Spices “Khmeli-suneli” – to taste
Water – 250 ml
Directions
We wash my legs, let them drain. After pickling in spices, add salt and pepper. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. Separately, three carrots on a coarse grater and finely chop the onion.
We turn on the multicooker, set the “fry” mode. At the bottom we pour 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of oil, send onions and carrots there, fry until semi-golden. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Then we turn on the “Stew” mode, set the time – 40 minutes, add potatoes, pour water, close the lid.
