- 3 thin stewed cucumber (s)
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion (s)
- 4 potato (s)
- Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt and pepper

- Wash, peel and quarter the stewed cucumbers. Then remove all seeds and cut the cucumber into cubes.
- Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water.
- Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, mustard and salt and pepper and stir-fry until it is colored all around. Add the cucumber cubes and let everything stew for about 15 minutes. Stir every now and then. Season with 3-4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. At the very end, stir in the sour cream.
- Arrange on plates with the potatoes and serve immediately.
