Instructions

  1. First I start cutting the cucumber into 1 cm slices and quartering them. Then I cut the tomatoes the same size as the cucumbers. Then I chop the onions and cut the turkey meat into strips.
  2. Heat 2 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large, deep saucepan and sweat the onion in it. Add the turkey, season with salt and pepper and fry until the liquid has gone.
  3. Then put the cucumbers and tomatoes in the saucepan and let everything stew for 20-30 minutes at a medium temperature.
  4. Stir in the herbal cream cheese and let it get hot and simmer everything again for approx. 10 minutes on a low flame.
  5. Rice goes very well with it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
