Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries
- Sugar, brown
- 200 g mascarpone
- 200 g quark, (curd cheese)
- 200 g yourt, (strawberry yourt)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
- 40 ml amaretto
- 40 ml coffee, cold

- Roughly crumble the amarettini and soak them with liqueur and coffee. Cut the cleaned strawberries into pieces and mix with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the mascarpone with curd cheese, yogurt and lemon juice well and add sugar to taste.
- Divide the Amarettini mixture between 4 dessert glasses, put a little cream on each and distribute half of the strawberries on top. Put the rest of the cream on top and finish with the remaining strawberries.
- Chill the dessert until serving.
