Ingredients

  • 400 g strawberries
  • Sugar, brown
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 200 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 200 g yourt, (strawberry yourt)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 100 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
  • 40 ml amaretto
  • 40 ml coffee, cold

Instructions

  1. Roughly crumble the amarettini and soak them with liqueur and coffee. Cut the cleaned strawberries into pieces and mix with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the mascarpone with curd cheese, yogurt and lemon juice well and add sugar to taste.
  2. Divide the Amarettini mixture between 4 dessert glasses, put a little cream on each and distribute half of the strawberries on top. Put the rest of the cream on top and finish with the remaining strawberries.
  3. Chill the dessert until serving.
