  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, with fig
  • 1 lemon pepper
Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar
Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Carefully place the fresh strawberries in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Gently dry off and remove the greens. Cut large fruits.
  2. Put the strawberries in a large enough bowl, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and season with freshly ground lemon pepper. Stir gently so that the fruit does not mash.
  3. The strawberries can be eaten straight away, but they also taste very good the next day if you put them in a cool place.
  4. It is advisable to use high-quality vinegar, as otherwise the acid will mask the aroma of the strawberries too much. Use a little more or less of it depending on the type of vinegar. Just try.
  5. Tastes delicious with grilled or asparagus.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
