- 500 g strawberries
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, with fig
- 1 lemon pepper

- Carefully place the fresh strawberries in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Gently dry off and remove the greens. Cut large fruits.
- Put the strawberries in a large enough bowl, drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and season with freshly ground lemon pepper. Stir gently so that the fruit does not mash.
- The strawberries can be eaten straight away, but they also taste very good the next day if you put them in a cool place.
- It is advisable to use high-quality vinegar, as otherwise the acid will mask the aroma of the strawberries too much. Use a little more or less of it depending on the type of vinegar. Just try.
- Tastes delicious with grilled or asparagus.
