Strawberries with Cream Cheese

• 300 g strawberries
• 4 tablespoon amaretto
• 50 grams sugar
• 200 g cream cheese, rainier
• 150 g cream, (whipped cream)
• 2 tablespoon honey
• 40 g flaked almonds

Instructions

1. Clean and chop the strawberries, add the amaretto and sugar and let stand for 15 minutes. Toast the almond flakes in a dry pan until light brown.
2. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and carefully stir in the cream cheese and honey. Then fold in the strawberries with the resulting juice and distribute the mixture on dessert bowls. Serve sprinkled with flaked almonds.
