Ingredients

  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g cream
  • 100 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 packet cream (paradise)
  • 500 g strawberries
  • Mint, for decoration
  • Powdered sugar, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Put the milk, cream and eggnog in a tall, narrow mixing bowl. Add the cream powder and stir briefly with the whisk of the hand mixer on the lowest setting. Then whip on the highest level for about 3 minutes until creamy.
  2. Possibly fill the cream in a piping bag (large perforated nozzle) and squirt onto 4 small plates or spread on top with a spoon. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. Wash, clean and drain the strawberries. Halve the strawberries and serve with the cream. Garnish with mint and dust with powdered sugar.
