- Cut the stalks from the rocket about halfway. Then wash the rocket and spin dry in a salad spinner or pat the rocket dry on kitchen paper. Then put the rocket in a salad bowl.
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stalk. Then the strawberries are cut into quarters and added to the rocket. Grate the parmesan and add to the rocket and strawberries.
- For the dressing, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Put the dressing in the bowl and mix everything with the salad servers.
