Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- powdered sugar
- 250 g quark (40%, low-fat quark also works)
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- Lemon juice
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 ml cream
- sugar

- Wash, clean, halve or quarter the strawberries and mix with a little powdered sugar and let them steep.
- Mix the quark with the scraped pulp of the vanilla pod, approx. 1 tablespoon sugar and a few squirts of lemon juice. Beat the crème fraîche and cream with a little sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Refrigerate.
- To serve, pour approx. 2 tablespoons of the quark cream into a serving bowl and pour the strawberries over it.
- Then a small dollop of cream and a little bit of the strawberry juice.
