Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries, fresh
- 3 apricot (s), fresh
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 250 g buttermilk
- some sugar or agave syrup
For decoration:
- 1 ½ apricot (s), fresh
- 6 strawberries, fresh

- Clean and wash 250 g strawberries and cut into small pieces if necessary. Wash and quarter 3 apricots. Mix the fruit with lemon juice and buttermilk, season with sugar or agave syrup and pour into glasses.
- Wash and quarter the apricots. Clean and wash the strawberries. Place 2 apricot quarters and 2 strawberries alternately on wooden skewers. Place the skewers on the glasses and serve.
