Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries, remove the stem and cut the fruit into small slices. Wash and dry the blueberries as required (but usually does not have to be).
  2. Divide the strawberry slices on 2 deep plates or suitable bowls. Add the blueberries.
  3. Drizzle each dessert with 1 tablespoon elderflower syrup. If you like it sweeter, you can do it more. The balance then takes place at the end with the natural yoghurt. Let the strawberries and blueberries soak in the elderflower syrup for about 20 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, add a dollop or more of the yogurt and a few fresh mint leaves.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
