Ingredients

  • 300 g strawberries, fresh
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 400 ml cream
  • 150 g yourt
  • Brownies (chocolate brownies or biscuits, gluten-free or normal)
  • 120 g chocolate, mixed (nouat / nut and dark chocolate)
  • Lemon juice
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone and yoghurt with a tablespoon of lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Puree the strawberries with a tablespoon of lemon juice and vanilla sugar, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries. Melt the chocolate.
  2. Put 3 tablespoons of mascarpone cream in an extra bowl, stir with the melted chocolate and fold in 3 tablespoons of cream. Fold the remaining cream into the mascarpone cream.
  3. Then layer the dessert:
  4. Strawberry puree
  5. Mascarpone cream
  6. Brownies
  7. Strawberry puree
  8. Mascarpone cream
  9. Chocolate cream
  10. Then decorate with strawberries and other ingredients if you like.
  11. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, rather longer, for me it was 6 hours and it was great.
