- 4 tablespoon strawberries, diced
- 2 tablespoon syrup (elderflower)
- 1 small Bottle / s Prosecco
- 2 scoops ice cream (vanilla)
- 4 leaves mint, fresh

- Fill diced strawberries into two large wine glasses and add 1 tablespoon of elderberry syrup to each glass. Top up with chilled Prosecco and add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- If you want, you can decorate the drink with fresh mint leaves. Serve cold immediately!
