Strawberry and Elderflower Liqueur

Instructions

  1. First, the strawberries are washed and cleaned and then quartered. Now put the strawberries in a saucepan, fill up with water and cook for 10 minutes. After the strawberries have cooked, let them cool down and then puree them. Now filter the strawberries through a cloth so that the seeds stay behind.
  2. Then the strawberry juice is mixed with the elderflower syrup and the vodka. At this point, the liqueur can still be flavored with strawberry syrup, as the strawberries may not have enough flavor depending on the season.
  3. Shelf life: 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
