- 5 cl lime juice
- 8 cl strawberry syrup
- 1 lime (s)
- 200 ml mint tea
- 400 ml water, cold
- 6 strawberries
- Crushed ice
- Ice cubes

- First the mint tea is boiled, then the lime is eighth, the strawberries are quartered and placed in a carafe.
- Now add the lime juice and strawberry syrup as well as the crushed ice and pour the boiled mint tea and ice-cold water on top.
- Put a few ice cubes in a long drink glass, fill the iced tea and decorate with a strawberry slice.
