Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 cl liqueur, any type
  • some sugar
  • Splash lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 g walnuts

Instructions

  1. Clean the asparagus and cut into finger-length pieces. Wash the strawberries and cut into thin slices, mix both. Mix a dressing from oil, sugar, lemon juice and liqueur and pour over asparagus and strawberries. Chop the walnuts and roast them in a non-fat frying pan. Put the nuts over the salad.
  2. Also delicious with pistachios.
