Ingredients
- 500 g asparaus
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 cl liqueur, any type
- some sugar
- Splash lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 g walnuts

- Clean the asparagus and cut into finger-length pieces. Wash the strawberries and cut into thin slices, mix both. Mix a dressing from oil, sugar, lemon juice and liqueur and pour over asparagus and strawberries. Chop the walnuts and roast them in a non-fat frying pan. Put the nuts over the salad.
- Also delicious with pistachios.
