Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries, washed and mashed
- 6 sheets gelatin or 9 g gelatin powder
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 lemon (s), grated zest (approx. /2 teaspoon) and the juice from it
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oil

- Soak the gelatine according to the instructions on the package.
- Mix the strawberry puree, buttermilk, sugar, lemon juice and zest.
- Dissolve gelatine in a hot water bath or in the microwave. Stir a quarter of the buttermilk mixture into the hot gelatin and then mix with the entire buttermilk mixture. Fill into portion bowls brushed with a little oil and put in the fridge.
- After turning, garnish with fresh strawberries as desired.
