Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries, mashed
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • 0.5 liter ½ buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 lemon (s), peel only
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oil for the mold

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine according to the instructions on the package. Mix the strawberry puree, buttermilk, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest together. Dissolve gelatine in a hot water bath or micro. Stir 1/4 of the buttermilk mixture into the hot gelatin, then the rest.
  2. Fill into portion bowls that have been brushed with a little oil and refrigerate.
  3. Garnish with whole strawberries.
